Shakti Clinics: Women’s Wellness Weeks

Our mobile wellness initiative brings reproductive and preventive health services directly to women in underserved communities. Services include breast and cervical cancer screening, menstrual hygiene distribution, antenatal counseling, and nutrition education.

Special Features: strong Female health workers from within the community lead the outreach to build trust and continuity.

Impact: strong 1,200+ women screened and supported; 30+ health workers trained

Healthy Start: School Health & Nutrition Program

We believe a child’s future begins with good health. Through school-based initiatives, we provide health check-ups, anemia detection, deworming, hygiene kits, and playful nutrition education sessions.

Special Focus: Girls’ health and adolescent mental wellness in rural schools.

Impact: 800+ students screened; 20+ teachers trained to monitor health signs.

Silver Support: Elder Care Camps

Sanmon Foundation hosts regular camps for elderly populations focusing on chronic disease screening (hypertension, diabetes), physiotherapy consultations, vision care, and emotional support.

Innovation: Family sensitization workshops to tackle neglect of older adults.

Impact: 300+ elders supported; follow-up plans implemented in 4 districts.

Mind Matters: Mental Health Outreach

Mental health is not a luxury — it’s a lifeline. We work to dismantle stigma through school and college workshops, therapy partnerships, suicide prevention awareness, and free tele-counseling access.

Unique Edge: Emotional first-aid training for teachers, ASHA workers, and volunteers.

Impact: 600+ individuals received direct or guided therapy; 1,200+ students reached through workshops

Smile Again: Postpartum Mental Health Pilot

A deeply personal project designed for new mothers navigating hormonal, emotional, and social changes. Through frontline worker training and one-on-one check-ins, we identify and support women at risk of postpartum depression.

Partners: Local PHCs, ASHA workers, and women’s groups.

Impact: Pilot launched in 2 districts; evaluation and scale-up in progress.

Voices Unheard: Sexual Harassment Awareness & Support

This initiative builds safe, stigma-free ecosystems where survivors of sexual harassment can find education, validation, and action paths.

Special Focus: Awareness drives in schools, colleges, and communities about consent, rights, and red flags; peer-led support circles for survivors; POSH education workshops on workplace and institutional safety laws; and a resource toolkit with helpline numbers, legal rights, and mental health referrals.

Impact: 450+ youth and women educated through campaigns, 30+ survivors offered personal legal or mental health support, Community conversations held in 3 pilot regions with scaling planned.
